Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, member of the District Bar Association in Warsaw. He has many years of experience in handling litigations, especially in penal, civil and family law. On numerous occasions, he has been responsible for handling litigations concerning personal damage and claims resulting from tourist insurance and personal accident insurance.
His interests also include corporate service of enterprises, including financial institutions, at the advisory, pre-trial and trial stages. The attorney also represents travelling agencies and construction entrepreneurs.
In his practice, he also handles numerous cases in the penal law and the tort law, representing both perpetrators and victims before courts and in the preparatory proceedings. Moreover, he has extensive experience in handling proceedings in economic disputes.
He is an author of numerous publications in insurance law and civil law, e.g. on the websites of “Bankier.pl”, “Gazeta Prawna” or “Informator Stolicy”.
He speaks English fluently and knows German at the conversational level.
